Initial Brainstorming

Assessing the main objective of your desired goal and vision is by far the most important part of the process, whether you have a specific show in mind or need to create a product from scratch. Using our understanding of your target audience, as well as brand and industry trends, we can identify the strong creative foundation needed to produce a unique and innovative entertainment experience to accomplish your goals.
Once our team has a solid understanding of your vision and objectives, we will begin to create and develop options for your approval. Using visual aids and basic production information, we will present the differing possibilities allowing you to make an educated decision on the best solution to fit your entertainment needs.

Design Development

Now that the core details of your desired production have been decided, our team will begin to flesh out the specifics for all aspects of the show. Including but not limited to: Scripts, set and costume design, casting, choreography, marketing/merchandise plans and visual storyboards. At the end of this step, we will present all this information to you for final editing and approval of show budget and production schedule.
Our main goal here at Colony Point Creative is to create unforgettable and unique entertainment while ensuring our clients are completely satisfied with the services provided. We will regularly assess the production by analyzing collected data and audience feedback to make sure the finished product remains successful and of the highest quality. This is where the show really begins to take shape. With the final design approval, we will begin creating the production elements needed, using our team’s skillsets and our vast network of fabricators and vendors, as well as begin the rehearsal process. We can provide building and installation services for all sets, props, costumes and/or manage the process of utilizing the client’s already existing inventory and departments. During the rehearsal process, our creative team will oversee the entire operation both onstage and off, ensuring that the highest quality standard is maintained all the way through opening.
